We do not require you to create a personal account to use NBack Lab. However, we may collect certain information automatically through third-party services integrated into our App to provide functionality, ads, and analytics.

When you use the App, the following information may be collected by our third-party partners (such as Google AdMob or RevenueCat):

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, manufacturer, and mobile network information.
• Identifiers: Unique device identifiers, such as the Google Advertising ID (GAID) or IDFV.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use the App, such as N-level progress, reaction times, session duration, and interaction with features.

B. Financial Information

If you purchase a "Pro" monthly subscription in NBack Lab, the transaction is processed directly by the app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).

• We DO NOT collect your credit card numbers or billing address.
• We DO receive an anonymous receipt validation token to verify your purchase.
• Your subscription status (pro) is synced via RevenueCat to provide unlimited sessions.

2. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use the following trusted partners to support our brain training features:

• Google AdMob: Displays advertisements that keep the basic version of NBack Lab free.
• RevenueCat: Manages your "Pro" subscription status, entitlement synchronization, and subscription infrastructure.
• Firebase (Google): Provides analytics and crash reporting to improve app performance.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the collected information for:

• Service Delivery: To provide the game functionality and save your progress locally.
• Purchase Verification: To validate your "Premium" status via RevenueCat.
• Advertising: To display ads via AdMob.
• Improvement: To fix performance issues and analyze user retention.

4. YOUR DATA RIGHTS & DELETION REQUESTS

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR or CCPA), you have rights regarding your data. Since we do not use accounts, your data is usually tied to your Advertising ID.

• Reset/Delete Ad ID: Go to your device Settings > Google > Ads (Android) or Privacy > Tracking (iOS).
• Request Deletion: Contact us at support@mucoreapp.com to request deletion of data related to support tickets or purchase tokens.

5. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our App is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, though no digital security is 100% impenetrable.
